I was the same vegas, I used to defend Dish, I have not worked for Dish in 5 or 6 years. When I first got into this business, all I did was Dish, the pay was great, the work was good, and the charge backs were minimum. But now the work sucks, the equipment is worse, and you fail a QC as soon as you pull up to the customers home. Maybe they need the money to bail out Blockbuster, both companies are failing, DirecTV has a few issues, but in my experience, they tend to be the better to work for.
