 You are missing the point vegas. We are talking about ethics and switching employers working on the same job. You do know what work ethics are don't you? Lets say you had ten employees working on a job and I came up to them and said I will give you guys $1 more an hour if you will all drop everything and come work for me. You would be out of employees and unable to fulfill your contract, and be out of buisness. Then after the job is over I dump them all (maybe keep one sucker)  and move on to the next job and do the same. Please don't tell me that's what you do.
