Re: Small Claims or Attorney?

Wimpie,............That is where everything comes off the rails...............In many cases the defendant cuts a check before trial. .............By then the plaintif is out of business. .............These installation companies just do not have deep pockets.........In many cases they have been operating so little they have no idea what their costs are or will be..................When I hear "I can't pay you until I get paid....that is (was) my cue to gradually take less work and get as many invoices paid as possible.............banks will not finance these subcontract deals to meet payroll. There is not enough money offered to subcontract as many levels as has been occurring......................the links you have posted should help anyone planning to do installations................read 'em and weep!........Thanks,...Joe
