Again, state laws differ............I MD they spell out that you cannot both sue for damages and bring criminal charges in hopes of restitution etc...............There probably are other issues that control this..............But even so.....in terms of effectiveness.......bring the criminal charges for theft of service.....or deceptive practices or fraud. IF you can....these guys do this all the time in different states. The other way will give them plenty of time to pack their tents and leave the state. I would try to find their bank account and ask the judge to seal it until the issue can be resolved. And again, the judgement from the court is just that, an opinion..........it doesn't get you paid...................Joe
