Ok Speedlasher, You and your friend were not the only ones there not with Stacie. You said Stacie showed up with 4 people so that means that Frank Fazioli was with him and on my behalf that's not the case. He only had 3 guys Stacie,Adam and Miguel. I flew in at the last minute because I was working in Orlando and did not want to set around till worked started. It may have been a kicker to you about the driver license, but I assure you not to CCI. You see I too sent my app straight to CCI and in big bold print it said that I had no driver license and would not be driving their trucks and they were ok with that. I'm sorry you lost your job over Stacie which should not of happened because Stacie should have been gone after the fight. Remember I was on the other side of the pole you was on when the fight broke out. You are a good lineman and they should not of let you go. But I was top hook on that job and you can ask your friend if that's not so who is my boss now. You are a good hook Speedlasher and it was nice to work with you even though it was only a short time. I thought we were friends. I was on your side then and still am today. You see I too lost my job over Stacie about 6 weeks after you. I'll tell you, it was the end of the day, Stacie was the reel man and it was raining most of the day and I needed the flatbed moved so we could back the bucket into the trailer. But the battery was dead because he stayed in truck all day listening to the radio. I did not know this at the time so I was yelling to Stacie to move it. He didn't even look my way. So I got out of the bucket to move it myself since we had both lanes of the road blocked. I just got out when Stacie turned and started to run toward me yelling that you don't yell at me I'll kick your ass. He came at least 40 yards to get to where I stood. When he got there, he grabbed my harness with both hands. I had to defend myself. I wasn't going to let him hurt me. I guess I have lived in Florida too long and got use to stand your ground law because I didn't even think. I broke his grip on me with my left arm and dotted his left eye with my right fist. That's all it took. He ran off crying to the closest house yelling call the cops. At that point, I thought it was best if I just left. And that was it. But he told Dave that I jumped out of the bucket and on the way down I hit him across the face with a preform and Adam backed his story up saying he saw it all. Lies !! I heard it from 20 people in 3 states that he told it to. I would take a lie detector test to prove it. Would he? From lineman to lineman I hope we can still be friends. Good linemen are hard to come by. But on Stacie's defense, I worked for him about 10 times in about 6 states and I always got every penny that was due me. Maybe not on time, but had been paid in full. But that's just me.
