Has this happened to you?

I was a contractor doing dishnetwork, and now due to dishnetworks new rules and guidlines,(dish contols all) the contactor states that i cannot work,but has ghosted me under others names,now the names are no longer there,and now there is no work, could one even claim UC do to being a contractor , and treated like an employee, being able to install before by passing a backround check and now not being to work after dishnetwork did a backround check.
