I just got off the phone with an old in house friend of mine, he is telling me Charter is fixing to go the way of the dish industry and and make the contractors pay for material which in turn makes the installer pay for said material and not raise the rates. Has anyone else heard this? If it is fact I may go get a job shoveling pig shit as I would make about the same money in the end.
