It is time to find something different to do,.................You are correct that the courts do get the attention of the crooks who operate the installation businesses. But when they get sued often enough they use that as a signal to change states and establish a new company. Go the other route, in my opinion. The cops will arrest them under a warent for theft of services or fraud. Just bouncing a check can produce jail time. The threat of jail makes them sell their cars and houses to pay their bills...................It should not be this hard to get paid...................Joe
