OK. Looks like they are like most companies then. May have been good for a while then just decided it's easier to steal. Too bad. In that case I would consider a simple lawsuit. You will get a default judgement if they don't show and let a commission based collection agency harass them or you can repo their business and or personal assets. Unfortunately, lawsuits used to be a last recourse but now it seems like it is the first one. Last time I got ripped off I kindly asked for my money but got nothing but promises. They changed their attitude after the sheriff showed up. I won easily by the way. I got a check in the court house. Good luck!
