Insight, in Kentucky, which is now Time Warner, has a 2-5 maintenance window, and they do pay extra for it. Gets a little crazy at times. Time Warner has a 12-6 window, with node splits being 1-5. Been working these hours for 6 years now, so I am used to it. Still make out pretty good, and have learned to work around those hours by mixing subdivision work, extensions, and cold splicing in from 6am till noon.
