their call and i am assuming they would like to see as much cold splicing done as possible which would require at least 2 trips... we are currently splicing for them 12 - 6 which is hard enuff, the 2 - 5 window will probably be imposed after new contracts are signed.. i am being told they are already imposing it in 3 of their systems
