Ok good and bad. AAA tows are different. You can not damage a customers car. If you have them sign a waiver, You are covered. Otherwise it is out of pocket per the boss........I quit!!! F him. I hooke an F350 duly buy the frame hook and puller it up the flatbed. When the truck was up as far as it can go the winch started to pull down the bumper and body trim. Well John Hall Chevy charged the company $3500.00 + for the repair. My boss said he would take it out weekly. That is when I said.............Well you know.It must be the company I worked for that gave me a bad taste. I did enjoy the work though.Helping people was rewarding.Thank you for you info. Maybe it is time to move out of this dead town and go make a living. Peace David.
