If you were a w-2 employee it's Illegal for them to hold your checks, just return the equip and file a lawsuit.. However if you were a contractor you most likely signed an agreement that lets them hold your last check after you terminated your contract to cover any sc's that may arise for work you did. Check your agreement. If they don't return it after the 90 days then sue them.
