Get a lawyer and begin liens on everything, get a judge to sign off on freezing and liquidating assets, dont stop at cant and wont. The ball is in your court so take action and dont wait. Get a lwyer that has the exeprience with this type of stuff. You can actually do all of this yourself but I would rather get an attorney.
LIENS will stop all work till you are paid. Go to their customer and give them a chance to make their contractor pay you, if it doesnt go anywhere then begin liens on them too. You will then get your check.
