i didn't catch it till after the install because they entered the order wrong both price and some of the product. it was $160.00 and my retention over the past 2 years is 99.84%. its just the idea that they know it was a type 0 on the rep # but are so busy loosing customers to others and increasing prices they do not have time to make a 5 sec change. with comcast over 10 years and never had a problem that was not fixed within 24 hours. I had one with cox that the rep that entered the order put in the notes they forgot my rep # in case i called to check on the order.
