Glad to see someone on this thread knows where the problem is.  I've worked with Mexicans (and other Latinos) before on many occassions and have not a bad word to say about them.  They'll wear out a spade faster than you can say burrito.  Hard working SOB's who are willing to live in shitty conditions for extended periods of time in order to do for theire families hundreds of miles away.  You've got to be one hard hearted person to find fault with that.  You're a good man, MicroMan, and damned few of us.
