I went ahead and read the white sheets and I dont see how this would help us at all. We already have new as of 2 years ago cisco equipment in our head end to do the digital and we have to provide analog teir programming. The big thing for us would be a way to get more bang for our buck in the return spectrum. the 5 to 40 range is pretty used up. and we just changed from quam 16 so now our returns are now 6.4 meg wide that and a 1 meg spike for the dhct rdc. so 5-17.25 is pretty much all we have left. but we do have some areas that use that portion of the spectrum for 2 public access channels. one at Tmod 7 meg and one at TMod 13 Meg. Sweep plan was really tricky. We cant really use it for system problems just to make sure that the reverse telemetry level is the same on all the le's
