Re: TWC needs to wake up


If its not on the work order, and I dont have time, or feel like doing it, it doesnt get done. I am already running to my next job. I dont have the time to argue. I explain the points and the time allotment. Have them Call TWC. Make another appointment. Pay me another COS. Maybe they will get tired of forking out a change of service fee for thier screwups.
Its the pricing. Last 5 years, they keep dicking with the pricing. Make %60 of what I was pulling in 2004. I know what the prices are, Im not gonna run an ao that will take me 35minutes and only get paid $7. Customer paid $19.99 + a $39.99 trip charge. I carry around a TWC pricing guide explaing that basically, nothing is free. Your CSR lied, her sales id is 99905. You should call and complain.
Customers complain about rising fees, I explain how I cant afford the service I install. The CEO can, and more and more of thier employess, from India get gratis accounts. Has the CEO or any other employees had thier pay/benefits slashed %40?
