That may be a valid point, but I dont think you will have the noise issues with fiber that you do with caox on the return funnelling back to the head end, I could be wrong but I am thinking if a customer has coax from the house to the node there still has to be more than one house being fed from the same node (nature of a HFC plant) so that variable is still out there, where as FTTH I think if a cust has radio shack wiring its just going to affect him and not his neighbors. Give me your theory as I am only saying how I think FTTH works.
