They never say............."Sir we hired an idiot to do your work. We have given him little training and really don't know much about him. We sent him to your home because he works real cheap. Also he probably lacks the skills to sue us when we screw him on every check. So we will send another tech out as soon as we hire one. No...we are not sorry...those contractors are really all the same...what are we going to do? HAVE I ANSWERED ALL YOUR SATELLITE TV QUESTIONS TODAY?........do have a nice day!"Joe
