Specifically Jesus was rebuking and actually condemning the Pharisee's for attributing the power by which he cast out demons to Satan rather than by the power of the Holy Spirit. He even pointed out how their logic in declaring such a notion was flawed in itself in verses 25 - 29. The Pharisee's were so wholly self righteous, that they had the audacity to declare that which was not true about the power of Jesus Christ by speaking knowingly and falsely about the power of the Holy Spirit, and calling that power satanic in nature.
Be careful, because there is a fine line between GREIVEING the Holy Spirit, and BLASHPHEMING the Holy Spirit.
Since one can't "lose" his salvation (John 10:27-29), and since you are forgiven through your salvation (Ps. 103: 10-12), you can't be saved if you have unpardonably sinned.
Just making sure that there is some clarification. Your statement is true as pertaining to the unsaved who chose to remain unsaved despite a clear presentation of the Gospel brought to their understanding by the Holy Spirit's urging, but does not apply to the saved in committing a sin that would cancel their salvation.
Believers can Grieve the Holy Spirit, but only the unsaved can Blaspheme the Holy Spirit.
