Good answer Joe only thing I would add is these jobs have to be paid out hourly W-2 you can not do 1099's on these. Also make sure you know what all benefits you have to pay ie. vacation, training, and ect. or you will wish you did. You can make really good money or you could lose a lot of money as Joe said it is 40% workers and 60% management. I have managed multiple prevailing wage jobs at well over 1 million dollars and if you watch what you are doing you will make money.Good Luck,Dave
