Union ha,, iBEW


  union,, So we enter into the IBEW, the International brotherhood or electrical workers.. we then have an hourly rate!!! have to pay dues,, have to work a pre set amount of hours a week.. are you really going to climb a pole or do fish work for 10-15 bucks an hour. and pay 17-28% taxes out of your pay. Sure you could get medical and even holidays off, or with pay.. but think of how much money u would lose out on.. plus if u quit and move some where else, u would have to get on there Book ( waiting list) before you could start working, you can pick the company the Union does it for you. I was on the IBEW its cool for an Electrician,, but cable ,, not.. I vote stay like it is,, it sucks but it can get worse.
