sadly it is very common. as a contractor for DTV I have seen myself as well as others. If the customers calls DTV for service within 90 days of your install, its a 110 chargeback. Now take an install that was a single that paid 65, then customer calls DTV to upgrade 2 months in.....yep, you get a 110 charge back on a job that paid 65 and you didnt do anything wrong. it sucks. its angering. its just the new reality. i learned to quit letting it make me so mad. i know the system is messed up and we should all fight to change it, but we all have bills to pay as well and fighting equals unemployed.
