I don't get many in the system I work. Honestly, when I do get one I usually let it roll off my back and keep on rolling; as it is rare. I know the routine and I can leave this industry any time I want too and have done so before.
However, recently I recieved a charge back that was higher than what I billed for the job. I got charged back 3 bucks more than I billed....Is this legal?
seems messed up...I didn't damage anything, I just entered some data wrong.
Thanks in advance for any feedback.
