I think the funniest mishap that I saw was when we were pulling out fiber and tied the rope to the truck.
Had quite a bit of tension and the rope snapped. The ground hand was walking behind the truck and the headache shot back and hit him in the groin. He asked us to call 911 and while laying in the middle of the street the paramedics had to drop his drawers in the middle of rush hour traffic.
