I am the area field manager for a bunch of subcontractors and I just follow my own guys. Believe me they get backcharged for stuff I have to fix.. Not a ton like the local HSP charges them if they catch it. So it's the lesser of 2 evils. I take pics of every job before and after when I go out and QC. Alot of guys are just lazy. Alot of it has to do with them doing too many jobs in the day and taking short cuts.
