You have the right idea,Any chance you could catch up with the guys doing defective work and explain to them what they are doing incorrectly?.............Unexplained charge backs just piss folks off. ...............Clearly intentional bogus charge backs becomes criminal.....Likewise, any tech who repeatedly does poor work after warnings and instruction needs a little QC consequence........Joe
