why not just set up a video camera of the install with a live feed lol. it could be worse the company could be so anal as to make you do inventory reports on every job ,like the amount of clips you use and how many screws and so fourth. They keep increasing the workload and decreasing the payouts.
as far as getting paid goes you should write a letter of intent to file a lien which is something you need to do before actually filing the lien to the courthouse and deliver these letters to the owners of the homes you did the installs on. watch how fast these homeowners are on the phones with company. and they will pay you real fast and it is legal.
