Here's what I read out of it: Retailer set up an install where equipment is shipped to the customer, tech went to do install, customer may have only been getting standard HD receiver (no dvr) and may have had an existing KAKU 3 up (non swim) tech used it, customer later set up to get DVR with MRV, had an old KAKU 3 up, HSP tech wasnt prepared, did not have a swm lnb, customer has to be rescheduled, and causes a huge mess because they don't want to be rescheduled. Of course thats pure speculation, but could be a very good scenario.
