Contractor "Sales / Installers" CAN do their own installs most the time and if they are not "Equipped or Trained" well enough? THAT is the "fault" of the Company that hired them. But Hookman? Without "Installers" we ALL don't have a job. We all need to either HELP the untrained bitches that have been put out on their own and fed to the wolves or those that are out there that have the training and knowledge but still doing the hack work, GET them out of the field!
It is simple with IN-House Sale Rep / Installers. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO be above 3 feet period! Never on a pole! Simple. They can however do installs on homes (underground), apts...etc.
Just remember, WE are a TEAM here and each department is a part of the Puzzle. Without one we don't have a complete puzzle!
