Our company has worked for Wise Connect for a long time now, and we have never had a issue with on time payment, work or anything. In every job there is always bull #&%$, but you need to learn and adapt to the changes that arise. We run 3 states for them full time, and run 4 other states when they need us to cover a non normal job or two,and my techs are happy and do good work. Sometimes we travel a lot outside our coverage area to get jobs done, but we are very well compensated for our trouble. The only problem that we had with them was learning how they want you to bill in their system,( the first week or two when we started..which is typical ) but once we fully understood it, it went smooth and no issues. Pay is great. Paperwork needs to be on time and uploaded the RIGHT way. The problem with people on here talking crap about people and companies they work for is because they cant follow instructions they were given. If you follow what the company wants you will have no problem working for Wise Connect. The managers, dispatch, and everyone else that is involved in our day to day operations are great people, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. ****GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR!****
