Yes, anyone familar with TWC knows that it is getting harder and harder to get paid for what's on the work order let alone extra tasks that are now required to close these jobs out. I feel sorry for the dispatchers and customers in these situations. A tech arrives at 7:30am for his first appointment, after adding 1 dvr per his WO, he is now ready to close the job out......... wait, the MTA has bad levels and the quam is fucked up on the digital box that was existing in the basement. During the troubleshooting process the customer needs to leave for work. Now you have time invested and must either return when the customer gets off or another day. It's not fair. Want the subs to clean up their systems while their OWN techs do not even carry drills.
