I had to deal with the same thing in Ohio with TW. I think the point of his furstration is the fact that your given your work for the day first. You have to meet your time frames are your charged 20 bucks. You get to the job say to add a DVR in one room, Keep in mind that this is an upgrade of 1 DVR in 1 room. Customer already has digital in another room and Internet in the office that was installed by Inhouse some time ago. You spec up your outlet hook your box up and perfect. Run a whole house check and slam the rest of the house fails. Now TW says hey the whole house has to pass so you bite the bullet and proceed oh SHIT thats is going to make you late to your next appt... TW says nope can bump them up are give it to someone else your responsible tough shit. OK OK I better hurry I fix the House box because there is not one install the ground because there isn't one spec up aor rerun the bad outlets. Hell yea house check passes shit I am late there is 20 bucks out of my pocket, crap job only is going to pay close to that.
Time to invoice, guess what TW says we are not paying for all that your were only there to install a DVR and we are only going to pay you for that. OK I took Pics,,, So what that say.
So at the end of the day you are in the hole 200 bucks. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner.
