The main reason they do not want custom charges to connect the CCK is because the customer will 9 out of 10 times say 'no, I don't need that' or ' can we do it later' and then the retailer or hsp is more likely to loose the return path or profit for connecting the internet.
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
