NOW I'M TOLD I CAN'T CHARGE ANY EXTRAS ASSOCIATED WITH ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE CINEMA CONNECTION BECAUSE I GET $10 FOR THE HOOK UP. SO I DO A WALL FISH THAT HAS $5 WORTH OF MATERIAL (WALL PLATE, FITTINGS, BARREL AND CABLE) AND MY LABOR , ALONG WITH WEAR AND TEAR ON TOOLS,FOR A WHOPPING $5 OR LESS OF PROFIT SO THE HIRER UPS CAN GET COMPENSATED HANDSOMELY BY DTV. WHATWOULD MAKE THAT CUSTOM WORK ANY DIFFERENT THAN CUSTOM WORK ATTACHED TO THE REST OF THE INSTALL? COMPANIES SHORTING TECHS FOR THE OWN PERSONAL GREEDY GAINS. OH, ANOTHER THING NOW IF IT IS NOT ON ANY WORK ORDER WITH A DVD THE TECH MUST NOW HAVE IT MODIFIED TO ADD A CINEMA CONNECTION THAT THE TECH CAN'T CHARGE ANY CUSTOM FEE FOR, BUT LET THE COMPANY NOT GET SOME EXTRA MONEY FOR SOMETHING THEY DID NO WORK TO EARN AND A MYSTERIOUS CHARGEBACK APPEARS THAT CAN'T EVER SEEM TO BE CONTESTED. MAYBE A FEW E-MAILS TO THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF DTV MIGHT STIR THINGS A BIT.
