Re: Charge Back on completed job?

The charge back issues might not be fair, but what did you sign when you started. Some state laws do not help you on this matter. If you signed a sheet that states your backcharges and what they are for and you sign it, then there is nothing you can do about it. Most contracts state that a failed QC is $100.00 backcharge, but if it was a trouble call that was only paid at $25 you would think that is not fair, but if you do your job right the first time backcharges would even be a issue.
