Re: Contractor or Employee by add?

This debate seems to keep comming up...... We know it the IRS and DOL is gearing up for a crackdown, but people have to contact them. Do it for one week and call the DOL in that State and im sure they'll be crawling with both ASAP. This is a major push for the new year. Google IRS DOL misclassification. They wont know until someone asks thats working there in the soon to be 2012.
