Well guys im sorry but Directv has already caught onto thesse tricks. They know that people are doing temp hookups to boost the numbers. As such they have been for several months doing call backs at one day and one week. If they do not respond it does not count. The problem with the hot spots is they don't have the thing up and running all the time, so it does not respond. Thus I get a back charge for the amount I invoiced. Basically they say I DID NOT install it.
We don't get back charged at this point for connectivity. They complain about it like crazy. I just keep providing the proof that the customer only has cell phones.
