After reading through some of these, we are in the same situation. Since DirectSat get a bonus they are unhappy with the 45% and want 53% by tomorrow or they start canning people. As for the wireless system......It appears to be working as everyone says off a hot spot. Since the tech is having to re-roll to get connectivity, he is cutting and splicing into the main line - running a power cord to his truck and connecting through his hot spot. He's resending authorization, calling in to re-ping and it shows up. He isn't going in and connecting through the menu. As hard as it is to believe it works, we are sitting here watching it hit form the account. Once DTV catches on to this little hitch, they are going to reprogram to make the boxes re-ping more than once......
