DirecT Tv 10 outlet install

I have a friend who wants me to wire his office building for direct tv in all 10 of his offices. He has a single LNB dish which I understand needs to be changed to a dual LNB. Would i use splitters or switches similiar to the Dishswitch? I have a few of the dishswitches laying around if they would work. Thanks to any and all for your help/
