directv h25 help

i set up a directv hr24 and 2  h25 on a swm 5 lnb with a swm 4 switch .... one of the h25's says no satellite detected . has any one else had this happen and if so how did you fix it. i thought to replace the box but i am at another install and i have the same thing again same type of set up.
