Some one posted a while back that these companies will place an add in certain cities where a prime is looking for help, they will put an ad up to 'test the waters' sort of speak, to see if there are any techs in that area. I rarely respond to an ad that they don't a name up, company name, contact name, some type of info, the ones that don't put up any contact info are often trying to hide something.
