I'm not looking for overtime pay. But when you get called out for emergency work and the Co. you work for is billing $60.00 an hour for your time. They should pay you part of that. Even the TWC salaried employes that are on the job are being paid on call time. We are the only person there that is not being paid. I have a problem with that and I am working on changing this policy. Thanks for your feedback.
