Dont get bent out of shape, alot of us are just trying to help you think outside of the box. I will tell you this though, a Salaried employee is not entitled to any overtime pay acording to the federal wage laws I have read. I will say this I have worked several salaried positions in this industry and elsewhere, and I never got any overtime pay so all the companies cant be wrong I hope.
