This is just a thought. Get it in writing (or e-mail) from the owner that they have free reign. Stay out of their way but if possible keep a record of all trouble calls, outages and customer complaints while they are there (maybe ask a few cust. to keep a log), and keep the owner posted. If the trouble calls continue after they have gone, DEMAND A HUGE RAISE.
