You guys act like you are surprised you got turned down by your background?  These companies have to diligently screen their employees because most of the time we are dealing with customers up to and including being in their home...I certainly wouldnt want someone accused of drugs, theft, assault, or even DUI in my home if I were a customer, imagine the liability...However, I do believe there should be a time limit that people can hold a non-violent crime against someone.  I feel like 7 years is enough...people can change...but honestly, if you want a job where a background is performed...STAY OUTTA TROUBLE!!!  Love this place!!!
