Re: Fair Credit Reporting Act

I can defintly say I was turned down because of my background and it sucks.  The way I know this is that they told me after telling me I had the job, signed the agreed wager and signed the agreed start date.  Then I get a letter in the mail a few days later stating they resigned on the agreement.  Little to say, I was beyond pissed.
