saledawg is right if don't have a lot of money . And have kids try to become in-house they pay for everything. And you don't have to worry about losing your job. I have been with two contract companies and they both have lost there contract with comcast. It sucks you make good money but the is no benfits , 401k and you have to buy your own tools . And if they don't provide trucks you have to provide your own. Training wise ojt is good for certain things but . You don't want be practing on a customers house doing wallfishes and outlets . And mess something up and end up paying for it.
