Re: American Splicing Poor Customer Service.. BEWA


I sent him 9500.00 for a new 60S.  He sent me a cheap loaner for around 6,000.00.  He told me that he would sent it out a long time ago, but has not.  He refuses to answer my calls.  I have sent him many emails about getting my money back.  He has answered on email, send him back the machine and he will give me a check.  I do not think he will do that.  So Far, I am out 3500.00 and do not have my machine.  Are more people have the same problem post.
